Servers Monitor Settings

New in SOMng 0.9.8.4 is the Monitor Settings dialog. When first opened, the registered servers are displayed. This is easy, but modifying the configuration was not simple until now. When double-clicking on the black background, a new dialog is opened for simpler configuration. This configuration can be saved and it is loaded next time the Monitor is opened.
