View & Delete Event Disabling

When the 'Per Transaction Event Disabling' was added to the 'Generic Edit Dialog' it was available for new object and for updated object. Now, when object can be deleted, a new option is added 'View & Delete...', which allows enabling and/or disabling of events for the delete transaction.
